What’s new
with Mardi Gras….we are currently enjoying our biggest song
ever with WHAT’S GOING ON….as of last week 7-29-06 …we are # 1 on
Fessa Hook’s chart Beach Music Top 40 and # 2 on Craig Fleming’s
www.beachmusic45.com….these are the two charts that everyone looks
at for the overall beach music industry….we are very grateful to all
of the DJ’s ….radio and mobile and also to the folks who dance to
the song or just like it….thank you
We are
currently putting a new CD project together which will include
What’s Going On….also Linda and Holly will be singing lead on some
cuts on the new CD….possibly even a duet or two with Sammy and each
of the girls….
We have a new
member in the group…Hugh Floyd is playing bass and singing….
Sammy is
recording a duet with Billy Scott for Billy’s new duet CD at Bradley
House Music with Fred Shaw co-producing with Sammy….
We’re also
excited about our 6th annual show at the OD Pavilion in
North Myrtle Beach on September 17th , that’s the first
Sunday of fall SOS….it’s our gift to beach music folks who like to
have fun and as always it’s FREE…..starting around 2:30 with 2
shows….everyone is welcome….
